The 2017 Ridge Pinot Noir begins with a red-fruited nose that has a tight mineral concentration, with subdued florals and soft oak tones. The mineral edge turns to tart fruit on the palate making this wine a touch tight at present and will take a bit of time to come around. The medium-bodied wine is balanced with a structured and tight lingering finish. Enjoy with food now or let it age for a couple of years in the cellar. 6,000 bottles made.
